Name: Mini Apple Pie
Ingredients: 8 apples, cut in small cubes; 12 Tsp. flour; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 4 heaping tsp. cinnamon; 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, can delete; 4 Tsp. chilled butter, cut evenly in small pieces; 2 boxes Pillsbury pie crust, chilled not frozen
