2-3 cloves garlic, minced

5 small carrots, sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

4 tomatoes, skinned (or 1 can tomatoes)

1 can white beans (if they come in tomato sauce, use the sauce, too)
•
3 medium zucchini, chopped
•
about 1 cup pasta, uncooked (it will cook just fine while the soup simmers)
•
4-5 cups vegetable broth
•
1 tsp dried oregano
•
salt and freshly ground pepper
