INGREDIENTS
50 grams plain flour (or gluten-free plain flour)
10 grams cocoa
⅛ teaspoon baking powder (gluten-free if necessary)
⅛ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
50 grams soft unsalted butter (or dairy-free baking block if you want these to be vegan)
25 grams caster sugar
15 grams soft dark brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
25 grams dark chocolate chips
¼ teaspoon soft sea salt flakes
