1 16 oz package coleslaw mix (or 2 eight oz. bags or substitute broccoli slaw or shred 16 0z fresh cabbage)
3/4 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sherry or white wine
1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
2 tsp. sesame oil
8 (8inch) flour tortillas (wheat or white)
Hoisin sauce or plum sauce to taste
