1 medium onion (diced (or ½ cup))

Two 24-ounce jars of spaghetti sauce

1 8- ounce cream cheese (softened)

¼ cup sour cream
•
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

8 tablespoons butter (cut in half (4 tablespoons in each half). Each 4 tablespoons cut into slices.)
