INGREDIENTS

1 15 ounce can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
•
1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
•
1 green bell pepper
•
1 red bell pepper
•
1 small red onion (chopped (about 1 cup))
•
3 cloves garlic (minced)
•
½ cup chopped cilantro
•
¼ cup olive oil
•
¼ cup red wine vinegar
•
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
•
1 teaspoon spicy chili flakes (optional)
•
1 teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste – I like to use a couple tablespoons)
•
Salt and pepper to taste
