1 cup granulated sugar plus 2 additional Tablespoons
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
5 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup Meyer lemon juice
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 Tablespoon Meyer lemon juice
