1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

4 tablespoons minced dried onions
2 (14.5 ounce) cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
2 cup beef broth
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, not drained
2 cups water
1 (11 ounce) can Mexican corn, drained
2 bay leaves
3/4 cup white onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
