125g almond meal, sieved
125g icing sugar, sieved
3 teaspoons Mexican chocolate, crushed, sieved
150g caster sugar
50ml tap water (at room temperature)

1/3 cup Creme Fraiche
1-2 tablespoon Icing Sugar
Seeds of 1-2 dried red chilies
