3 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 can (15 ounces) corn, (rinsed and drained)
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, (rinsed and drained)
3 cups bechamel sauce (see recipe in notes below),
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper
2 tomatoes, (diced)
chopped fresh cilantro, (for garnish)
finely chopped jalapeno pepper, (for garnish)
chopped green onions, (for garnish)
