1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup diced green pepper (see below)
1 cup mild or medium chunky salsa
2 tsp. chili powder (or 1 tsp. taco seasoning)
1 8 oz. can refrigerator biscuits
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg
