3/4 packed cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped, divided
Juice of 2 limes, divided
1/2 tsp sea salt, plus additional to taste, divided
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
6 oz reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated (about 1½ cups)
1 1/2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
