INGREDIENTS
4 large egg whites (at room temperature)
½ tsp cream of tartar
7 oz super fine sugar ((1 cup), can substitute granulated sugar)
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Green gel food coloring - leaf green (I recommend Americolor brand)
