INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

1/2 cup paprika

1/4 cup Morton's kosher salt * You can substitute table salt, but beware that if you do, you should use about 2/3 as much. I used 2 Tablespoons

1/4 cup garlic powder
•
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
•
2 tablespoons ground ginger powder
•
2 tablespoons onion powder
•
2 teaspoons rosemary powder
•
my additions are
•
1/2 t Chinese five spice
•
1 t cumin
•
1 t ground red pepper
•
I double it for pulled pork
