INGREDIENTS
1 pound salmon (cub into cubes)
1 jar artichoke hearts
1 lemon (sliced thinly and halved)
1 bell pepper (cut into large chunks (I used red, yellow and green mixed))
1/2 red onion (cut into large chunks)
salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup Italian parsley (chopped finely)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
pinch red chili flakes
