INGREDIENTS
4 medium salmon fillets (skin on (150-170 g / 5-7 oz. each))
1.5-2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped rosemary (fresh or dry)
3 cloves of garlic (finely diced or minced)
1-2 teaspoons finely diced red chilli (less or more for taste)
A little olive oil or a little butter/ghee
To serve: lemon wedges
