1 egg, slightly beaten

1 small sweet onion, finely diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 (60ml) cup of beef stock
•
1 cup (130 gr) of Panko crumbs
•
3 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
•
1 tablespoon of salt
•
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
•
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

For the glaze:
•
1 cup ketchup
•
1/4 cup (85 gr) brown sugar
•
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
•
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
•
1/4 cup (85 gr) of apricot preserves
