•
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Tabasco (or other hot sauce)

1 1/2 tablespoons Kosher salt

3 pounds ground beef chuck
•
1 pound ground pork (not pork sausage)

8 ounce block Monterey Jack cheese (cubed into roughly 1/2-inch cubes)
