INGREDIENTS

2 tsp. dried mustard
•
2 tsp. paprika
•
3/4 tsp. salt
•
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
•
1 1/2 tsp. basil
•
1 tsp. black pepper
•
1 tsp. garlic powder
•
1 tsp. onion powder
•
Optional:1/2- 3/4 tsp Ground Sage
•
Combine all the spices and seal in ziploc. (or jar)
•
Shake to combine. This makes 1 Mix for 2# meat.
