1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese ((I use 2%))
1/2 cup plain, dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
3 Tablespoons ketchup
1/2 Tablespoon mustard ((optional))
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg (beaten)
Topping:
1/3 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
