1 1/2 - 2 lbs grass fed, lean ground beef or turkey

1/2 large white onion

1 - 2 tbs ketchup
•
1- 2 tbs mustard
•
2 - 3 tbs Lee & Perrins (Gluten Free) Steak Sauce (Could substitute Lee & Perrins Worcestershire, but their steak sauce is kicks the meatloaf up a notch)

2 eggs
•
3/4 cup gluten free oats (I used Trader Joe's Gluten Free Rolled Oats)
•
1 tsp salt
•
1 tsp pepper
