2 tablespoons butter
1 cup yellow onion (sliced about ½” thick (approximately ½ of a medium to large-sized onion))
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
3 tablespoon all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt (kosher)
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
