2 tbsp sweet chilisauce
•
1/2 a tbsp groundnutmeg
•
2 tbsp coarsemustard
•
1/2 tsp white pepper
•
6 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 tbsp milk

1 1/2 tsp salt
