Meatball Stew - Gonna Want Seconds

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup milk
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 large egg, (lightly beaten)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup onion, (diced)
4 medium carrots, (peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks)
8 ounces mushrooms, (quartered)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic, (minced)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
6-8 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon beef flavored Better Than Bouillon
1 sprig fresh rosemary
3 large Russet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks)
3 zucchini (cut into 1-inch chunks)
2 tablespoons parsley
