2 large eggs
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/4 cup powdered parmesan
1 1/4 tablespoons dried parsley
2 whole fresh garlic cloves (minced finely)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup white onion ( finely diced)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1-2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
one 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
6-7 cups beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups frozen vegetables
3/4 cup ditalini pasta (or other short pasta)
salt and pepper to taste
freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
