INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 medium onion
1/2 stalk (rib) celery
1-1/4 cup chicken stock or broth
2-1/2 cups herbed seasoned stuffing (like Pepperidge Farm)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 (one pound) packages seasoned, frozen, pre-cooked meatballs
2 cups frozen peas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste, only if needed
