1/2 cup milk/cream/half and half *more or less depending on the consistency you like*

1 tsp dried parsley
•
2 cups chicken/turkey/beef stock (I always do low sodium)
•
1 tsp parsley (I like the color it adds)
•
2 tbsp cornstarch *plus 1 tsp*
•
1/4 tsp pepper
•
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
