INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower (trimmed and cut into florets (about 4 cups))
2 medium potatoes (Yukon or Russet, chopped)
4 tablespoon butter (unsalted or salted)
2 medium garlic cloves (minced)
½ teaspoon vegetable stock powder or Vegeta
¼ cup - ½ cup milk (I used oat milk)
Salt and pepper to taste
