1/2 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash cayenne or to your heat preference
1/3 cup flour for dusting
2 tablespoons safflower oil or other vegetable oil
