2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons green onions (sliced)
1 pound lump crab meat
1 cup saltine crackers (crushed)
lemon wedges and remoulade sauce for serving (optional)
