INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground chuck (80/20 works well)

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
•
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce or 4 oil-packed anchovy fillets, minced

2 green onions (white & light green parts), chopped
•
1 large egg, beaten
•
1 teaspoon kosher salt
•
1 garlic clove, minced
•
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
•
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
•
1/8 teaspoon allspice
•
For the Marmalade Sauce:
•
3/4 cup orange marmalade
•
1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
•
1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
•
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
•
1/4- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
•
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (red pepper flakes)
