2/3 cup butter
1-1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 rounded cup cocoa
2-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2/3 cup drained sauerkraut
Cream Cheese Frosting
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 pound confectioners' sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 to 4 tablespoons milk as needed
Pinch of salt
