1/4 cup cake flour (not self-rising)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup plus 4 tablespoons sugar
4 large eggs, warmed in a bowl of hot water 5 minutes and then separated
1 1/2 tablespoons Canadian whiskey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
