1 cup roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
½ cup steel-cut oats
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup 100% maple syrup
1/3 cup canola oil
½ cup dried blueberries
½ cup dried cranberries
