1⁄2 cup high-quality maple syrup
1 tablespoon maple extract
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2⁄3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats
1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened (you’ll want this to be a little colder than room temp)
