This is a recipe that we absolutely LOVE, especially after Thanksgiving dinner!

- Pre-made store bought pie crust (or home-made)

- 2 large eggs
•
- 1 15oz can pure pumpkin puree
•
- 1 cup heavy cream
•
- 3/4 cup grade B Pure Vermont maple syrup
•
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
•
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
•
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
•
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
