INGREDIENTS
1 cup All-purpose flour
¼ cup finely chopped toasted pecans* (toast before chopping)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
¼ kosher salt
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs
½ cup maple syrup [The real deal. I use Grade B.]
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups toasted pecans, coarsely chopped*
