INGREDIENTS
10 Tbsp unsalted butter, frozen for 30 minutes
3/4 cup (75g) quick oats
1 3/4 cups (248g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (55g) packed light-brown sugar
1/4 cup (55g) granulated sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (105g) chopped pecans, divided
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp (150 ml) heavy cream, divided
1 large egg
1 tsp maple extract
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
GLAZE:
1 cup (130g) powdered sugar
1 Tbsp heavy cream, then more as needed
1 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 tsp maple extract, or more to taste
