Ingredients: 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter-room temp; 3 eggs room temp; 1 cup sugar; 3 medium mashed over ripe bananas; 2 2/3 all purpose flower; 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder; ½ teaspoon baking soda; ¼ teaspoon salt; ¾ cup buttermilk; ½ cup water; 1 tsp maple extract; Maple Cream Cheese Frosting; 8 oz Cream Cheese -room temp; 1/2 stick butter -room temp; 1/2 teaspoon maple extract; 1-2 Tablespoons of milk; 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar; 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
