Mango Panna Cotta

"On Mother's Day I made Mango Panna Cotta for my Mother which she never ate before. She just loved sweets but mostly homemade so I thought why not prepare something special. She makes all varieties of classic desserts but she never tried making panna cotta. So I thought to surprise her with Mango Panna Cotta. Mango is in season now and she just loves dessert made with it. And guessed what ??? she was really amazed and emotional. She loved the panna cotta and asked me to prepare it again…..."

INGREDIENTS
2 Cup Mango Puree
1 Tsp Gelatin Powder
2 Tbsp Hot Water
1 Cup Full cream Milk
1 Cup Cream
1 Tsp Gelatin Powder
1/4 Powdered sugar
1 Tsp vanilla essence
