2 to 3 large ears sweet corn, husked and silks removed (can substitute 2 cups frozen corn, thawed)
2 large mangoes peeled and chopped (1-1/2 to 2 cups)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained well
1 small tomato, chopped
1/3 cup diced red onion
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
