Mango chutney is the ultimate in Indian condiments & excellent w/grilled meats (sauces too I recently discovered). Best of all is that it's easy to make in a standard slow cooker. This recipe comes from Anupy Singla’s cookbook "The Indian Slow Cooker: 50 Healthy, Easy, Authentic Recipes", but I admit I modified it to add 2 ingredients typical of most chutney.
