1 tbsp chipotles in adobo (be sure to finely chop any peppers & remove seeds if you like to reduce the heat a little)

A splash of orange juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1 tbsp molasses
•
1/4 cup brown sugar
