1 packet of trifle sponges or sponge cake cut into small pieces

Vanilla Pudding
•
1 1/4 cups milk
•
1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar
•
1/8 teaspoon salt
•
1 egg, slightly beaten
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•
Oranges
•
2 (11 ounce canss) mandarin oranges
•
Orange Sauce
•
Note* Use the juice from the mandarine oranges to make an orange sauce
•
If you need more liquid use orange juice or lemon juice
•
1 1/2 cups orange juice from the canned mandarin oranges
•
4 tablespoons sugar
•
2 teaspoon cornstarch
•
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
•
Whipping Cream
•
1 cup heavy whipping cream
•
4 teaspoons honey
