For the Frosting:
•
3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
•
1 cup of whole milk
•
1 cup (2 sticks) of unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
•
1 cup of granulated sugar
•
1 teaspoon of vanilla
•
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans, optional
