3 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 tablespoon Cumin Powder
1/2 tablespoon Sweet Paprika Powder
1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
3 Shallots – chopped
1 clove Garlic – chopped
2 Red Chili – chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
1 tablespoon Galangal – chopped (substitute with ginger if galangal is unavailable)
Juice of 2 Limes
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 tablespoon Crunchy Peanut Butter
125ml Water
2 tablespoon Milk
2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil (for frying)
