4 tsp. honey
1 (1/4-oz.) packet active dry yeast
1 (28-oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 
Kosher salt (optional)
3 c. mozzarella, divided
1/2 c. grated Parmesan, divided
Desired toppings, such as pesto, pepperoni, chopped vegetables, red pepper flakes, and/or dried or fresh herbs
