"Whip up a red, white and blue poke cake for a sweet ending to you Fourth of July celebration...."

INGREDIENTS
One 15-ounce pound cake, store-bought
1/2 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 lemon, zested
1/2 cup blueberry jam
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

8 ounces (1 cup) cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
8 to 10 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 pint blueberries
