INGREDIENTS
1 cup old fashioned oats
*Option: for added protein & fiber add 1 scoop Viance Vitality Blend
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup vanilla almond milk (we use Silk Pure Almond)
2 organic apples
2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt* (we use Chobani)
1 cup pomegranate seeds
4 tbsp toasted slivered almonds
