Make Ahead Breakfast Burritos Recipe - One Dish Kitchen

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter (, divided)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic (, minced)
3-4 ounces canned chipotle peppers (almost 1/2 can of a 7- can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce. (I used Goya brand))
1 15-ounce can black beans (, rinsed and drained)
8 large eggs (, lightly beaten)
10 tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
